9:00am

Welcome breakfast

Arrive early to grab your badge and enjoy a classic NYC breakfast (bagel and lox, anyone?).

9:30am

The Orchestration Era

Kick off the day with our opening keynote led by Tennr’s Chief Executive Office, Trey Holterman.

11:00am

Track Breakout: FTE Efficiency or AI Apocalypse?

The headlines say AI is coming for everything, but in healthcare the real story is bigger: Tennr CEO Trey Holterman maps the five levels AI will climb, from automating admin work to operations that improve themselves, and how to tell which level your organization is on today.

11:35am

Track Breakout: The New Burden of Proof

Across verticals, denials are pressuring margins. Commercial and public payers are using AI to more heavily scrutinize medical necessity narratives and prior auth submissions. Meanwhile, CMS has launched retrospective investigations into FWA and invited patients and employees to serve as whistleblowers to expose perceived healthcare fraud. What do executives need to know about operating in this environment?

12:10pm

Lunch

Grab some NYC classic from the lunch buffet! Have some extra time after finishing your meal? Stop by the demo hall and start working your way through our six demo stations!

1:00pm

Choose Your Own Adventure

We invite you to use this time to visit the demo hall, stop by The Tennr Times newsstand, meet 1-1 with your Tennr team or connect with fellow attendees to share thoughts and insights from the morning sessions.

Tracy Weiss, Patient Advocate and Former Chief Communications Officer at Chick Mission, joins Tennr on stage to discuss what closed-loop coordination means for actual patients.

Join us for a behind the scenes look at a Tennr tradition that makes us “us”.
